100% Mortgage Loans - Zero Downpayment

A "no down payment" home loan can enable a homebuyer to purchase a home without writing a check for a hefty down payment. There are numerous zero down payment mortgage programs available for buyers with credit scores above 580. These 100% home loans enable you to qualify for a better home while keeping your savings for unexpected expenses or emergencies.

These 100 percent financing programs can also be used for rate/term or cash out refinances. Borrowers who obtain 100 percent mortgages can also avoid out-of-pocket expenses by obtaining a "zero closing cost" mortgage.

Most of the loan programs I offer do NOT require private mortgage insurance (PMI). PMI can add a significant amount to your monthly payment (and it is generally not deductible). To avoid PMI, you may obtain a single home loan at 100 percent LTV (loan to value) or a combo mortgage (also known as an 80/20 mortgage). There are advantages and disadvantages to each approach.

Call today to discuss your 100% financing and "no closing cost" options.
You may apply online, by fax, by mail, or by phone. First-time homebuyer? Don't forget that you can qualify for a 100 percent home loan with no closing costs even with bad credit.

I fund mortgage loans throughout California including Northern California, Southern California, and the Central Valley.
